Patti has been employed in healthcare for over 28 years.  Her 19 years in eye care included extensive experience in patient billing and insurance and positions as an ophthalmic technician, surgical assistant, and practice manager.  Patti's additional healthcare experiences involved management and executive positions with a national ER physician management and staffing corporation where she was responsible for physician recruiting, staffing, insurance enrollment, credentialing, and ER physician education, and performance oversight for 60 hospitals.  Following a brief retirement to be with her ailing father, Patti joined Lakeside Vision and Optical in 2009 as insurance coordinator.  As Practice Administrator she is responsible for the efficient operations of our practice for the benefit of our patients.  Patti and husband Jim have lived in Plano for 32 years and enjoy traveling, photography, quilting and spending quality time with their family and friends.

Dawn has extensive experience in patient care, a positive attitude, and a friendly smile - all of which make her a natural in our office.  As a Certified Optician and Optometric Technician, she is responsible for pretesting patients, assisting with contact lenses, adjustments and selecting the perfect pair of frames to suit a patient's personality and optical needs.  Dawn's additional experience includes insurance billing, credentialing and practice management.  Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and volunteering in her local community.

Brian is a native of the Dallas area.  He has over 15 years experience in the optical lab and fashion frame industry.  Brian joined the Lakeside Vision and Optical team in January 2008.  He is looking forward to assisting you with your eyewear needs and making your Lakeside Vision and Optical experience a pleasurable one.

JC started her career in medical offices 16 years ago.  During that time, she spent 10 years in the Optometry and Ophthalmology industry.  Born in Midland, Texas, JC attended Midland College and received her CPO Certification.  Her experience in the Optometric field ranges from insurance, preliminary testing, contact lenses, prescription eyewear, and assisting in minor surgeries.  JC is motivated by patient interaction and helping maintain their ocular health and visual clarity.  JC enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to movies, and shopping.

Naba joined Lakeside Vision & Optical in 2010 while attending The University of Texas at Dallas, earning a degree in Neuroscience and Business Administration. In her time here, she has increased her knowledge and experience that will assist her as she pursues a career as an Optometrist. Naba loves the personal interaction with patients and assisting them in each step during their time at the office. Naba enjoys shopping, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Darron has been in the optical field for over 30 years and currently he is a Certified Optician on the Lakeside Vision and Optical Team.  Prior to joining the Lakeside Vision and Optical Team, he was employed at Wal-Mart as a Lab Supervisor/Optical Manager in Dallas/Frisco, TX.  In his role at Wal-Mart, Darron was responsible for the entire specifications on eyeglass wear and contact lenses before being elevated to his senior lab position where he maintained all OSHA standards and regulations.  He also was responsible for all new hire training, maintaining inventory, managed and was responsible for his department's profit and loss statements, and managed payroll and employee scheduling.

Darron resides in McKinney, TX and is a proud husband and father and is very active in his church (Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church) and enjoys coaching his son's, Jerren, athletic teams.  Darron completed his college studies at the University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration.
